Virtual Assistant
National Capital Reg - Quezon City

Responsibilities: 

• Answers and records details of all incoming calls; directs calls to relevant staff members as appropriate
• Sets up appointments of incoming calls as necessary
• Deals with various business clients; records new business inquiries and claim details
• Data entry, document manipulation, customer service, and basic administrative support are required for the job

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College/Associate Degree , any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (call center experience, background in answering calls/phones)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Administrative and sales experience a major plus (successful candidate will be tasked to present and "upsell" company's services)
• Excellent coordination skills
• Excellent team player who is collaborative and committed to meeting deadlines
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowlege with Adobe Photoshop preferred but not required (or willing to learn)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City (Eastwood City) or Pasay City (SM Mall of Asia).
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available (must be amenable to working on any shift)
