RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HRIS Executive will assist tje Sr. Executive - Supervisor for the Database and Report Management of all active and inactive employees, employment requirement compliance and adherence, background investigation and medical / healthcare vendor management. Works with assigned business units in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations including Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits Retention, Payroll and Finance, Workforce and Operations to support planning and succession.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must be a college graduate, degree in Psychology / Human Resource or Information Technology
2. Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel
3. Above average to excellent skills proficiency on the following: Communication, Presentation, Conflict resolution, Analytical/Statistical
4. Call Center/BPO experience of atleast 6 months is a must

Proficiency in both English and your native language is required. Extensive experience in translating medical documents is preferred.
You should have your own private computer and a reliable internet connection at home.

Requirements:
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 yrs experience.
Part-Time and Contract position available.
