»Client Manager
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced staffing industry professional to join a high growth recruitment process outsourcing company in a client management capacity. The Client Manager owns current client relationships for their assigned accounts, and is responsible for coordinating the efforts of our operations team to ensure each of our clients’ recruiting goals are met. Primary among the Client Manager’s responsibilities are regular engagement with assigned clients, daily communication with the operations team and proactive problem-solving to eliminate issues for clients before they arise. While the role does not have operational responsibilities, the Client Manager needs to have a deep understanding of the accounts they support.

»Senior Recruiter (Manila, Philippines)
Summary of Responsibilities:
• This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. The role will likely expand over time to include detailed candidate assessments and on-boarding coordination. We seek intelligent, highly motivated, committed individuals with 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a search firm setting or a reputable corporate setting to fill this position. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment teal leader.
• The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients. In addition to the recruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree.
• While the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a call center job. We seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career in the field.


Detailed Responsibilities:
• The role will be responsible for the sourcing of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.
• The Senior Recruiter will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
• The Senior Recruiter will coordinate different logistical items between the candidate and the client such as interview schedules, locations etc.
• The Senior Recruiter will be involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building. This represents a highly consultative sales process and presents an exciting opportunity for skill development.
• The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a record of their activities and different reports that track effort, productivity and results.


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a search firm or the recruiting department of a multinational company
• Strong interest in recruitment as a career. We are open to select candidates with BPO experience who can articulate why recruitment would be of interest to them

»Internet Researcher
Job Description:


Internet Researchers do deep web-based research for different
recruiting firms and are responsible for sourcing of resumes of
potential candidates for the specific job orders that clients provide
on a daily basis. They are also in charge of managing recruitment
databases for our specific clientele as well as reporting the results
directly to the clients. The sourced resumes are sent to Senior
Recruiters who call the candidates in the United States.


Requirements:


Must have excellent written and good verbal English communication skills.
Must have at least 35 wpm typing speed and 90% accuracy.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal
supervision in Internet research and email communication.
Candidate must have the ability to multitask and navigate multiple
computer windows, as well as be familiar with the use of MS Office
applications.
