This is not a home-based job. The VA Account Managers physically work night shift at the company's outsourced office located in Salcedo Village, Makati City.
Great full time job or second full time job. Or just be part of the manpower pool so we can call you as a reliever in case one of our on-board VA Account Managers opts to be absent from time to time. Our Philippine-based company operates with an American company located in New York City.  Our primary service areas are Eastern United States and Canada.
Our outsourced operations office located in Makati City, Metro Manila is currently pooling and from this manpower pool will hire VA Account Managers performing virtual assistant manager/executive assistant work. 

The company is contracting managerial employees, which contracts of temporary employment terminate at the end of each and every month of work. It does not lead to regular employment status in the company. 

But though contractual and managerial employment, the company still gives some labor benefits  as prescribed by law.

Working hours is between 9 pm to 6 am, Monday evenings to Saturday mornings, Philippine Time (with adjustment to 8 pm to 5 am when under US daylight savings time), to service our clients in the United States and Canada operating under US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities: 

Do you have the GO-TO work aptitude of a VA Account Manager? If so, you are what we are looking for . . . WE ONLY TAKE IN THE BEST!
Our company is constantly looking for highly efficient and responsible men and women in the Philippines with the following special managerial expertise, skills, training, abilities and experiences to support our growing US clientele:

1.  VA Account Managers performing virtual assistant manager/executive assistant work under an interim manager monthly contract plus monthly commissions  

2.  P18,000 to P24,000 monthly depending on the special managerial expertise, skills, training, abilities, relevant work experience of the VA Account Manager

3.  Additional commissions for the VA Account Manager from P5,700 to P7,200 reoccurring each month for every single referral she brings in who eventually signs up and stays on with the service, even after the contract of said VA Account Manager with the company expires or is terminated for as long as without cause . . . so if you eventually bring in 10 successful referrals [can be more or less, its up to you] for example, you earn an additional P57,000 to P72,000 monthly, and if you include the monthly P18,000 to P24,000, that's P75,000 to P96,000 monthly!

4.  At least 3 to 8 years work experience either as an account manager, assistant manager, executive assistant, executive secretary or personal assistant having done virtual or actual work


5. Primary responsibilities – The VA Account Manager by herself and/or under the direct supervision of the manager-in-charge and assisting the latter in his primary duties and affairs, shall perform temporary assistant manager work managing, planning, organizing, supervising, controlling, communicating, making decisions, executing special assignments and tasks directly related to the company’s management policy and objective; thus meeting the expectations and needs of one of the company's  foreign clients.
To undertake the foregoing effectively, the VA Account Manager shall be vested with powers and prerogatives to lay down and execute management policies of her client account as she will have direct hands-on online management of her client's business and affairs. She shall also execute directly the management policies of the company. 

6. Secondary responsibilities – The VA Account Manager may also perform activities inherent to the performance of her primary responsibilities, such as typical secretarial/administrative duties, e.g., managing appointments, taking incoming and making outgoing calls, typing from recorded dictations, drafting correspondence, managing expense reports, organizing activities and events, and doing other administrative, general office work and personal tasks that can be done online.
7. Four-year college degree in office administration or other relevant course
8. Articulate in English, oral and written, good English grammar, style, and spelling skills

9. Proficient in MS Office, able to research on the internet

10. Aptitude for fast learning, polite and professional, exhibits leadership quality, responsible and dedicated to perform her work with the highest professional standard. There is proportionate shared liability for tardiness and absences together with the company to the foreign client. 

11. Good moral character

12. No age limit but you must be healthy
 


Requirements: 
Required special expertise and skills - excellent organizational skills, tact, diplomacy, effective communication skills, as well as maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters and display excellent judgment, the same "soft" skills required for many other professional roles, such as middle management, public relations, and high-level administrative assistance, and having the ABILITY TO ANTICIPATE the client's needs and to take care of them even before they are asked to do so.
