Responsibilities:
>Improve our client’s English proficiency in different areas such as: grammar, spelling, listening, vocabulary, and general conversation skills.
>Making of progress reports and evaluating them based on a rubric outlining their strengths and weaknesses, and providing strategies on how they can improve. Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. (Preferably Education, AB English, Mass Communication, Nursing, Business Management Graduates but not required).
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Teaching experience in either Medical or Business terminologies, OPIC, TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC is an advantage.
- Must have exceptional English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
- Trustworthy, responsible, dedicated, and can be flexible in teaching non-English speakers.
- Must have a stable Internet Connection at home, with your own PC or Laptop, Headset/Mic, and Web Camera. (Preferably Wired Connection, not wireless).
- Applicants must be living in Metro Manila; must not be over 45 years old; must be internet and computer savvy e.g. (Skype, Google, Word, Excel etc.)
- Must have a SKYPE/G TALK I.D

1 Full-time ESL Trainer
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Education/English or any related courses
- At least 6 months online tutoring experience
- Experience in training individuals a plus

- Must be willing to work anytime from 7am to 6pm, with core-time from 10am to 4:30pm; 5 days a week but may include weekends (shift may become mid-shift depending on the needs)

Work Scope:
- Report at the RareJob Diliman office 8 hours/day on weekdays
- Conduct screening & training applicants for the tutor position
